Chris Anderson is an award winning Australian-based interdisciplinary designer. He is renowned for founding the Ecto Handplanes bodysurfing product/brand and his epic 1000 Surfboard Graveyard project.
Chris's approach to design is bold and based on delivering strategic creative solutions formed by client consultation, critical thinking and problem solving.
Chris has created artwork and been a designer for a number of organisations, brands, and events such as; Bundanon Trust, Visual Energy, Wollongong Art Gallery, Taronga Zoo, Patagonia, Sculptures by the Sea, Lorne Sculpture Biennale, Siteworks, Project Contemporary, Shoalhaven City Arts Centre, Art & About Sydney, Wollongong Council, Society for Responsible Design, The University of Wollongong, Merrigong Theatre Co. and IMB Bank
He has also created experimental audio-visual projections that explore nature, waste, surf culture, patterns and symmetry for Beams Festival, Wollongong Council, Micro Galleries, and the Yours & Owls music festivals.
